As an Entity Administrator, you are responsible for a variety of tasks such as annually renewing your entity's registration. You don't have to be the only one at your entity to do these tasks though.

Entity validation review time will depend on whether we can make a match from your original document submission, or if we need to request additional documentation.  Most entities find a match immediately, but in some cases additional documentation and a manual review is required. The average manual review time is currently five (5) days.

Federal Entity Registrations (Entity Type: US Federal Government) currently active have been extended and will not expire until September, 30, 2026. NOTE: Impacted Entities will still receive.60, 30, and 15 Day emails until SAM.gov maintenance late September 2024.
